Position: Support Engineer || Location: All locations

We are looking for friendly, energetic, enthusiastic IT professionals who like to work on their own time. Your interaction with customers will reflect our company’s values and loyalty. You must have a clean background record (all of our contractors are sbject to background checks and drug testing) and great customer service

Skills
  • In-depth knowledge in computer’s hardware
  • Ability to install and maintain wired and wireless networking
  • Proficiency in network security
  • Good analytical and testing capability
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems including hard-drive crashes, backup-recovery
Requirements
  • A+ certification required for any tech support position
  • MCSE or Network+ Certification plus but not required
  • Ability to lift and, or move various computer equipment
  • At least 1 year working experience or 2 years training knowledge for Level One Tech
  • At least 3 to 5 years for Level Two Tech or minimum 2 years college courses and one year work experience
